After an eventful year, we are delighted to be ending the year on a high at Forward Corporate Finance with a few deal completions and a new face in the team, Will Neill.
Will joins us from Price Bailey where he worked in the corporate finance team while completing his ACA training contract. During his time there Will was involved in the full spectrum of corporate finance projects including acquisition support, MBOs, sale mandates, financial due diligence and valuation work.
More recently Will specialised in due diligence, supporting a number of growth capital investments by private equity houses into some of the fastest growing SMEs across London and East Anglia.
Will joins Forward in pursuit of a new challenge, with the desire to play a more hands-on role in transactions and a passion to support the growth of SMEs.
Outside of work Will spends his free time following his beloved West Ham United and has a passion for music. Prior to his career in the world of finance, Will was a classical musician, performing with the Junior Trinity Symphony Orchestra in professional venues across the country.
Sarah Moores commented, “While it has undoubtedly been a difficult year for businesses, we remain committed to supporting SMEs and owner managers through their transactions. Growing a small team is all about finding the right candidates, and with Will we feel we have someone who can grow and learn with us.”
Rob Dukelow-Smith added, “Will is the perfect addition to our team as we look forward to 2021. Working alongside Amie, supporting Sarah and I, means we can continue to maintain the high quality of our work for our clients as we grow.”
Will Neill commented, “I am really looking forward to the new challenge of working with Forward. It is an exciting time to join the team and I am delighted to be able to contribute and support the great services Sarah, Rob, Sue and Amie are providing to their clients.”
