Forward success at Dealmakers Awards 2021

What a great turnout last night for the 2021 Insider Dealmaker Awards – Central & East in Milton Keynes. It was fantastic to see many old friends, colleagues, and to meet some people face to face for the first time after almost 2 years of Zoom and Teams!

And we are delighted to have played our part in two of the award winning deals.

Firstly in the Deal of the Year (sub £10m) category, the award went to “Acquisition of European business by Alpha CRC“, where Forward acted as lead advisor to Alpha, working alongside Birketts. Shawbrook Bank provided the funding for the transaction.

And secondly in the International Deal of the Year category, the award went to “Sale of Goodfellow to Battery Ventures” where Forward acted as advisor to the management team.
