Forward support Investis on their acquisition of Zog Digital

Forward Corporate Finance is pleased to announce the acquisition of ZOG Digital by ECI portfolio firm, Investis. The move expands the ability of Investis to provide integrated corporate communications solutions to the world’s most successful companies.

Founded in 2011, ZOG Digital provides key digital marketing services, including search engine optimisation, content strategy, paid media and social marketing. The business is ranked by Forrester as one of the top 10 US search marketing agencies. Notable clients amongst many others, include Whirlpool, Fruit of the Loom, Wyndham Vacation Rentals and Del Monte.

The acquisition will further enhance the corporate communications services provided by Investis, including strategic delivery of targeted content to key stakeholders, enhancing brand visibility, and driving customer engagement and acquisition.

Forward Corporate Finance provided financial analysis and modelling support for the acquisition. This included working with the management team of ZOG Digital to create a financial forecast model for the business, as well as developing an integrated model for the combined business to support the investment case for both equity and debt funding.
