Forward Corporate Finance (“Forward”) is delighted to have advised Hampshire-based Trimline on its investment from Lagan Specialist Holdings Limited (“Lagan”).

Trimline, the world’s longest established marine interior outfitting company, has experienced significant growth of 80% over the past 12 months. To maintain this momentum and deliver increasingly complex and large-scale projects, Trimline has secured investment from Lagan.

This strategic investment is designed to accelerate Trimline’s growth and further strengthen its capacity to serve its global client base.

Forward previously advised Nick Farrell and Ross Welham in their management buyout of the business in 2021, and we are delighted to have supported them again on this next phase of their journey. Both Nick and Ross will remain leading the business, and David Marley will join Trimline as Commercial Director as part of the investment.
